摘 要:为建立胶质重楼石灰水炮制工艺,通过单因素实验结合正交实验设计,以重楼总皂苷含量为评价指标分别对石灰水浓度、石灰水用量及炮制时间进行考察。结果表明胶质重楼石灰水炮制最佳工艺为:石灰水最佳浓度为0. 1%,用量为30 m L,炮制时间为8 h,在优化条件下,重楼可以从胶质转化为粉质,炮制前、后总皂苷含量分别为1. 85%和1. 88%。石灰水炮制胶质重楼可行,对重楼总皂苷影响较少。In order to study the processing technology of colloid Paris Polyphylla with limewater, the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment were employed to study the concentration, dosage and processing time of limewater with the contents of total saponins as evaluation indexes.The results showed that the optimized conditions were as follows: the concentration of limewater was 0.1%, the dosage was 30 mL and the processing time was 8 h. Under the optimized conditions, colloid Paris Polyphylla can be transformed to starchy Paris Polyphylla, and the content of total saponins of which was 1.85% and 1.88%, respectively.So lime water can be used to process colloid Paris Polyphylla.
