摘  要:因氨纶具有较好的弹性已被广泛地应用到弹性织物中,工业化生产方法有:干法纺丝、湿法纺丝、化学反应纺丝、熔融纺丝。其中熔纺氨纶投资少、产量大,绿色无污染,是最具发展前途的氨纶纺丝技术,本文简述了熔纺氨纶的主流生产工艺,重点介绍了耐热氨纶切片、高回弹氨纶切片、抗菌性氨纶切片、有色氨纶切片、导电氨纶切片等差别化氨纶切片的研究进展,指出了未来差别化氨纶切片的发展方向。Spandex has excellent scale elasticity and has been widely used in the stretch fabric.Industrial production methods are solution dry, wet, chemical reaction and melt method.Melt-spinning spandex, which is one of the most promising fiber spinning technologies, has less investment, high yield and no solvent pollution.The production process of melt-spinning spandex was summarized, the spandex slice of heat resistance, high resilience, antibacterial property, colored fiber and electrical conductivity were highlighted.The future trends in spandex production process development were predicted.
