摘  要:利用正交实验设计法,对医用纱布进行氧化,以产物可吸收止血纱布的羧基含量作为指标,采用酸碱滴定法测定。方差分析得出对结果影响大小的顺序:亚硝酸钠用量>反应时间>HNO_3/CCl_4(V/V)>NaOH浓度。最佳合成工艺为A_1B_2C_1D_2,即以5%NaOH溶液处理,加入亚硝酸钠4. 5 g反应76 h,每次用HNO_3/CCl_4体积为1∶1。该提取工艺合理、稳定、可行,可为中试生产提供实验依据。The method of orthogonal test design was used, and medical gauze was oxidized.The carboxyl content of the product absorbable hemostatic gauze was used as an indicator and it was determined by acid-base titration.Range analysis came to affect the order of the size of the result: sodium hydroxide concentration>reaction time>nitric acid/ carbon tetrachloride volume>ratiosodium nitrite dosage.The optimum extraction technology was A1 B2 C1 D2 , which was soaked with 5% sodium hydroxide solution, volume of 1:1 nitric acid/ carbon tetrachloride and 4.5 g sodium nitrite for 76 h.The extraction method is appropriate, stable and feasible, which can provide pilot for the production of hospital preparations.
