摘  要:通过逐一分析汽轮机推力盘撕裂的影响因素,同时结合机械设备故障诊断技术最终得出超大型空压机组汽轮机推力盘撕裂根本原因是机组运行期间汽轮机前轴承箱偏转,汽轮机推力盘受偏心力矩产生交变应力导致疲劳撕裂。提出将可调式导向键更换为固定键,2017年8月份机组启动运行后各参数振动值均小于25. 4μm,机组轴承箱截止目前未发生偏转现象,机组运行正常。The factors affecting the tear of the turbine thrust disk were analyzed.The root cause of the tear of the turbine thrust disk of the super large air compressor unit was the deflection of the front bearing box of the steam turbine during the operation of the turbine, and the alternating stress caused by the eccentric torque of the turbine thrust disk leaded to the fatigue tear.Changing the adjustable guiding key into a fixed key was proposed.After the start-up operation of the unit in August 2017, the vibration values of all parameters were less than 25.4 μm, and the unit bearing housing had not deflected at the moment.The steam turbine is running steadily at present.
