摘 要:目的探讨间接酶联免疫吸附试验(IELISA)检测IgG应用于布鲁氏菌病监测工作中的具体价值。方法以养殖牛羊和屠宰为职业,伴有发热、乏力、关节痛等布鲁菌病疑似症状人员为监测对象,采集静脉血,应用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)、间接酶联免疫吸附试验(IELISA)进行血清学检测,以SAT检测结果为诊断标准,对SAT检测阳性的90例布鲁氏菌病患者接受IELISA检测IgG,指定高年资、高职称实验室医师完成相关操作,其中IgG值检测结果在20 U/mL以上则提示此标本为阳性。记录IELISA检测IgG结果,将所得数据输入统计学软件并与确诊结果做对比分析。结果SAT检测阳性的90例布鲁氏菌病患者均顺利完成IELISA检测IgG,经分析可知此法检测IgG阳性率为95.56%。结论 IELISA检测IgG在诊断人布鲁氏菌病具有较高的准确率,方法简便、迅速,在人间布鲁氏菌病的监测工作方面均具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the specific value of indirect enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(IELISA)in the monitoring of brucellosis.Methods Venous blood samples were collected from people with suspected symptoms of brucellosis such as fever,fatigue and arthralgia in cattle and sheep farming and slaughtering.Serological tests were performed by Tiger Red Plate Agglutination Test(RBPT),tube agglutination test(SAT)and indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(IELISA),and SAT results were used as diagnostic criteria.90 brucellosis patients with positive SAT were tested for IgG by IELISA.Senior and highly professional laboratory doctors were appointed to complete the relevant operations.The results of IgG test above 20 U/mL indicated that the specimen was positive.The results of IgG detection by IELISA were recorded,and the data were input into the statistical software and compared with the diagnostic results.Results 90 brucellosis patients with positive SAT test successfully completed IELISA test for IgG.The positive rate of IELISA test for IgG was 95.56%.Conclusion IELISA detection of IgG in the diagnosis of human brucellosis has a high accuracy,is simple and rapid,and has a high application value in the monitoring of human brucellosis.
