摘　　要：目的对甲状腺癌患者应用甲状腺全切除术或近全切除术的临床治疗效果展开观察与探究。方法选取76例来我院行手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,入选时间为2016年1月—2018年3月。采取随机对照表法,将所有的患者分成两个小组,行甲状腺全切除术治疗的为对照组,实施甲状腺近全切除术的为观察组。对比不同手术所取得的治疗效果。结果与手术前相比,两组患者术后血清钙离子及甲状旁腺素均有所下降,但观察组的下降幅度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。此外,观察组患者的术后并发症发生率为5.3%,明显低于对照组的18.4%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过对甲状腺癌患者展开甲状腺近全切除术治疗,可有效改善其临床指标,减少并发症的发生。Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of total thyroidectomy or subtotal thyroidectomy in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods 76 patients with thyroid cancer who came to our hospital for surgical treatment were selected as the study subjects.The selection time was from January 2016 to March 2018.All patients were divided into two groups by randomized control table.Total thyroidectomy was performed in the control group and subtotal thyroidectomy was performed in the observation group.The therapeutic effects of different operations were compared.Results Compared with the pre-operation,the serum calcium and parathyroid hormone in the two groups decreased after operation,but the decrease in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.3%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Subtotal thyroidectomy can effectively improve the clinical indicators and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with thyroid cancer.
