全面护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的作用

摘　　要：目的了解全面护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的作用。方法选取我院收集2017年1月—2018年2月的78例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。常规护理组用常规护理,全面护理组用全面护理模式。比较两组患者的护理结果数据。结果全面护理组满意度、心理应激程度、护理配合度、感染事件方面相较常规护理组更好,组间各数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术病患实施全面护理模式效果确切。Objective To understand the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 78 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups.Routine nursing group was given routine nursing.The comprehensive nursing group used the comprehensive nursing mode.Nursing outcome data of two groups were compared.Results Comparing with the routine nursing group,the comprehensive nursing group had better satisfaction,psychological stress,nursing cooperation and infection events,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing mode in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective.
