摘　　要：目的探讨电视胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术围手术期采用优质护理的护理效果。方法选取我院2015年12月—2016年12月收治的78例纵隔肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和参照组,每组各39例。参照组患者给予常规护理,实验组在给予常规护理方式上,增加优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动的时间均优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组患者的术后并发症发生率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对接受电视胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术的患者施行优质护理可有效减少患者的术中出血量,缩短手术时间、住院时间及下床活动时间,降低术后并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on patients under Thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection.Methods 78 cases of patients with mediastinal tumors admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing.In the experimental group,high quality nursing was added to the routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization time,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and time of getting out of bed in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic resection of mediastinal tumors can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,shorten the operation time,hospital stay and time to get out of bed,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
