摘  要:为研究不同酸化剂对断奶仔猪胃肠道pH和消化酶活性的影响。试验选取21日龄断奶、初始体重为6.85±0.24 kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪72头,随机分为3个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮和在基础日粮中添加柠檬酸1.0%、幼添宝0.7%的2种日粮。结果表明,与对照组相比,日粮中添加1.0%柠檬酸能显著降低胃内pH(P<0.05);1.0%柠檬酸组和0.7%幼添宝组有降低空肠和回肠段pH、提高胃蛋白酶活性的趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,在早期断奶仔猪饲粮中添加酸化剂可刺激胃酸和胃蛋白酶分泌,降低十二指肠、空肠回肠段pH,但对脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性影响较小。This trial mainly studied the effect of different acidifiers on gastrointestinal pH and digestive enzyme activities in weaned piglets. A total of 72 nursery piglets with the initial body weight of (6.85±0.24) kg were randomly divided into three groups, each group had four replicates and each replicate had six piglets. The trial group was fed with basic diets, supplemented with 1.0% citric acid group and 0.7% Youtianbao group. The result showed that compared with control group, dietary supplementation of 1.0% citric acid significantly reduced gastric pH (P<0.05). 1.0% citric acid group and 0.7% Youtianbao group had the tendency to decrease the pH of jejunum and ileum and to increase pepsinase activity, no obvious difference (P>0.05). Thus, adding acidifier to the diet of early weaned piglets could stimulate the secretion of gastric acid and pepsinase, reduced the pH value of duodenum and jejunum, but had little effect on lipase and amylase activities.
