供给侧改革目标下黑龙江省冰雪体育产业升级路径研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,通过对我国当下经济形势的判断,结合对国家"供给侧结构性改革"目标的解读,探讨了黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的结构升级机理。研究发现:黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展正面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,实现产业结构的升级优化,需要从"需求侧"入手引导冰雪体育消费,转向从"供给侧"推动产品品质提升;将"无效供给"向"有效供给"方向转化;将"低效供给"向"高效供给"方向转化;同时兼顾"供给侧"与"需求侧",解决冰雪体育产业"供需关系的错位"。本文旨在为冬奥会的成功承办以及供给侧改革目标的实现献计献策。By means of literature,expert interview,logic analysis and other research methods,this paper discusses the mechanism of upgrading the snow and ice sports industry in heilongjiang province through judging the current economic situation of China and interpreting the national goal of"supply-side structural reform".The study found that the development of snow and ice sports industry in heilongjiang province is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.To achieve the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure,it is necessary to guide the consumption of snow and ice sports from the"demand side"to the"supply side"to promote product quality.Turn"invalid supply"to"effective supply"direction;To transform"inefficient supply"to"efficient supply";Meanwhile,the"supply side"and"demand side"should be taken into account to solve the"dislocation of supply and demand relationship"in the snow sports industry.This paper aims at providing Suggestions for the successful hosting of Winter Olympics and the realization of the goal of supply-side reform.
