摘 要:为有效缓减高校体育教学资源压力,提高学生骑行运动技能,采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,在分析利用共享单车开展高校体育活动裨益的基础上,深入探讨共享单车走进高校体育的可行性、困境及路径。研究表明,利用共享单车开展高校体育活动适应新时期高校体育课程的改革,高校管理人员和体育教师的认可度较高,符合学生的运动意向,节约高校人力、物力资源,与社会骑行运动相衔接,且共享单车企业将会大力支持。然而共享单车被拒高校门外,缺乏骑行师资、管理难度相对较大成为制约其进入高校体育的主要因素。应提高骑行师资水平,立足课堂教学,结合课外体育,在规章制度的约束及网络的激励下,有效利用共享单车开展高校体育活动。In order to alleviate the pressure of college P.E teaching resources and improve students′riding skills,this paper analyzes the benefits of sharing bicycles in college P.E lessons,and probes into the feasibility,predicament and path of shared bicycles into college P.E.The research shows that using shared bicycle to carry out college P.E adapts to the reform of College Physical Education Curriculum in the new period,the recognition of managers and P.E teachers is relatively high,conforms to students′sports intention,saves college manpower,material resources,and links up with social cycling sports,with the strongly support from sharing bike companies.However,shared bicycles are excluded from college,and lack of teachers and management,which have become the main factor restricting its entry into college sports.Therefore,efforts should be taken to improve the level of riding teachers.And based on classroom teaching,it should be combined with extracurricular sports.In the constraints of rules,regulations and network incentives,shared bicycles should be effectively used in college sports.
