摘 要:为了研究不同品种大豆种子在排种器中的充填特性,以东农52、黑河44和青仁黑豆为研究对象,测量种子的长、宽、厚,并计算其均径、球度、变异系数等参数,分析了不同种子之间参数的差异以及种子长、宽、厚的比例分布。以窝眼轮式排种器为试验模型,运用EDEM对不同品种大豆种子的充填特性进行模拟试验,并对试验数据进行分析。结果表明,种子品种间的差异对单粒率、多粒率影响显著,对空粒率影响不显著;随着球度的减小及变异系数的增加,单粒率平均值从96.33%减小到82%,多粒率平均值从2%上升到16.33%。In order to study the filling characteristics of different varieties of soybean seeds in the seed metering device,Dongnong 52,Heihe 44 and Qingren black beans were used as research objects. The length,width and thickness of the seeds were measured. Some parameters such as the average diameter,sphericity and variable coefficient were calculated. The differences between the parameters of different seeds and the percentage distribution of seed length,width and thickness were analyzed. The cell wheel seed metering device was used as the experimental model,and the filling characteristics of different varieties of soybean seeds were simulated by EDEM,and the test data were analyzed. The results showed that the difference between seed cultivars had significant effects on the rate of single seed and the multi-seed rate,but it had insignificant effects on the rate of empty seeds. With the decrease of sphericity and the increase of coefficient of variation,the rate of single seed decreased from 96.33 % to 82 %,and the multi-seed rate increased from 2 % to 16.33 %.
