摘 要:提出了在风险规避与作战效能发挥之间采取均衡准则的火力兼容决策方法,构建了跨平台武器运用的安全风险评估模型和作战效能决策模型,得到基于均衡准则的跨平台火力兼容控制策略。通过仿真计算表明,该方法在多目标对抗的全作战过程中兼顾风险规避与作战效能发挥,对存在射向交叉、射界重叠的跨平台多武器射弹交战进行火力兼容控制决策,具有一定的实用性,可为舰艇编队跨平台多武器组织运用研究与实践提供支撑。The decision method of cross-platform firepower compatibility based on equalization criterion was researched. The risk estimating model of firepower compatibility and the decision model of firing effectiveness were established, and through the balance of the cooperative risk and the combat effectiveness, the compatible control strategy of the cross-platform projectile of naval vessel formation was sought. The simulation results show that the decision method has practicability and popularization value. The conclusions of this paper are meaningful to sustain the research on the optimization of multi-weapon organizing of naval vessel formation in network centric warfare.
