滋肾育胎丸对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者的疗效及激素水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的就滋肾育胎丸对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕患者的疗效及激素水平的影响加以分析。方法本次研究共纳入多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕病例100例(均为本院在2017年1月至2018年1月接诊病例),根据盲选方案在组内任意选取50例作为对照组,剩余50例为观察组。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,采取滋肾育胎丸治疗,比较分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后的激素水平(T、LH、FSH)以及治疗后两组患者的LH/FSH。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的T、LH、FSH水平比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,观察组T、LH、FSH水平均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的LH/FSH明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋肾育胎丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕,具有显著疗效,能够调节患者机体的激素水平,值得临床上应用及推广。Objective The effect of Zi Shen Yu Tai Pill on the efficacy and hormone level of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility was analyzed. Methods A total of 100 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility were enrolled in the study (All cases were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018), according to the blind selection scheme, 50 cases were randomly selected in the group as the control group, and the remaining 50 cases were the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, whlie the observation group was treated with nourishing kidney and Zi Shen Yu Tai Pill on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, hormone levels (T, LH, FSH) before and after treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed, and the LH/FSH of the two groups after treatment were also compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of T, LH and FSH between the two groups. After treatment, the levels of T, LH and FSH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The LH/FSH of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Zi Shen Yutai pill is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility. It can adjust the hormone level of the patient's body. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
