单钢板与内外侧双钢板固定治疗股骨远端C3型骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的研究单钢板与内外侧双钢板固定治疗股骨远端C3型骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年3月本院收治的210例股骨远端C3型骨折患者作为研究对象,抽取105例作为对照组,另根据配对原则抽取105例作为观察组。对照组采用单钢板固定治疗,观察组采用内外侧双钢板固定治疗。对比手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率及手术前后ROM(关节活动度)、运动功能评分、生活活动能力评分、生活质量评分。结果对照组手术时间及术中出血量均少于观察组,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前,两组ROM、运动功能评分、生活活动能力评分、生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义;术后,观察组ROM、运动功能评分、生活活动能力评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内外侧双钢板固定治疗股骨远端C3型骨折患者具有显著疗效,虽然治疗手术时间较长及术中出血量较多,但术后并发症发生率少,预后效果佳,可促使其尽快恢复健康生活,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of single plate and internal and external double plate fixation for the treatment of distal femoral C3 fractures. Methods A total of 210 patients with distal femoral C3 fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled. 105 patients were selected as the control group, and 105 patients were selected as observation groups according to the pairing principle. The control group was treated with single plate fixation, and the observation group was treated with internal and external double plate fixation. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complication rate, and ROM (joint activity), motor function score, life activity ability score, and quality of life score were compared before and after surgery. Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the control group were lower than that of the observation group. The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P< 0.05). Before the operation, there was no significant difference in the scores of ROM, motor function score, life activity ability score and quality of life score between the two groups. After operation, the observation group ROM, motor function score, life activity ability score and quality of life score were better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with C3 fracture of the distal femur with internal and external double plate fixation has significant curative effect. Although the treatment time is longer and the intraoperative blood loss is more, the incidence of postoperative complications is less and the prognosis is better, which can prompt the recovery as soon as possible. Healthy living is worthy of clinical promotion.
