金黄膏外敷治疗静脉炎的疗效临床初探

摘　　要：目的研究金黄膏外敷治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月本院收治的80例静脉炎患者为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采取常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上采用金黄膏进行外敷治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应的发生率以及生活质量评分。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,并且不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组患者,生活质量评分高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金黄膏外敷相比较常规治疗而言,可以有效的治疗静脉炎,提高患者的治疗有效率,降低不良反应的发生率,并且提高患者的生活质量评分,从而帮助患者更好的恢复身体健康,因此值得被推广。Objective To study the curative effect of golden cream on phlebitis. Methods Eighty patients with phlebitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received routine treatment, patients in the experimental group were treated with external application of golden cream on the basis of the control group. The treatment efficiency, adverse reaction rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The patients with the treatment efficiency is significantly higher than the control group of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions, significantly lower than the control group patients quality of life score higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Golden cream topical compared to conventional treatment, can be effective in the treatment of phlebitis, to enhance the treatment effectiveness of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the patient's quality of life score, so as to help patients better recover healthy body, therefore deserves to be popularized.
