摘　　要：目的研究高龄急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死介入与溶栓治疗的效果。方法选择本院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的60例高龄急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者作为观察对象,依据摸球法的分组方式分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)两组,对照组给予静脉溶栓治疗,研究组给予介入治疗,比较两组临床疗效及安全性的差异。结果研究组病死率、再住院率均明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在安全性比较上,对照组一般出血、致命性大出血的发生率与研究组比较,组间差异无统计学意义。结论与静脉溶栓治疗方法相比,介入治疗有利于显著提高高龄急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床疗效和安全性,值得临床优先选择和积极推广。Objective To study the effect of interventional and thrombolytic therapy for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in the elderly. Methods Sixty patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as observation objects and divided into control group (30 cases) and study group (30 cases) according to grouping method of ballsweeping method. In the two groups, the control group was given intravenous thrombolysis, and the study group was given interventional therapy to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups. Results The mortality rate and rehospitalization rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). In the comparison of safety, the incidence and treatment of general bleeding and fatal bleeding in the control group were compared. For group comparisons, there was no statistically significant difference between groups. Conclusion Compared with intravenous thrombolytic therapy, interventional therapy is beneficial to significantly improve the clinical efficacy and safety of elderly patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and is worthy of clinical preference and promotion.
