乡村文化建设的四维建构与振兴策略——基于贵州的典型经验

摘　　要：乡村文化建设绝非虚置的不能触及的文化,其建设重点强调文化持有人的持有文化,建设目标围绕社会建设若干指标良性循环。乡村文化建设经历了三次版本更新,不仅是城乡融合发展和绿色发展的必由之径,也是振兴乡村文化和中国减贫模式的重要抓手。围绕文化扩散、文化嵌入、文化权力与文化小康等四个维度建构乡村文化建设的一致性系统,基于贵州的典型经验发现:重视乡村历史文化挖掘,但公共文化空间;重视融合地域文化,但物质文化遗产保护欠缺;重视多元文化宣传,但文化传承意识滞后。坚持一元多核共治的乡村文化建设理念,重视有限理性、坚持渐进主义、关注平台建设、打造文化景观及推动文旅融合,实现乡村文化振兴。Culture construction in villages is not untouchable and vacuous.We should lay the focus of the construction on the culture-possessing of culture-possessors with the aim centering on the virtuous cycle of some indexes of social construction.Village culture construction has undergone three changes.It is not only the only way to the urban-rural integration development and green development,but also an important factor in village vitalization and poverty alleviation.We should construct a consistent system for village culture from four dimensions,that is,cultural diffusion,cultural embeddedness,cultural power and cultural well-off.From the typical experience of Guizhou,this paper finds that,during the culture construction,the exploration of village history is emphasized,but public culture space is limited;the fusion of regional culture is emphasized,but the protection of tangible cultural heritage is insufficient;and the publicity of multi-culture is emphasized,but the awareness of culture heritage falls behind.In order to achieve village vitalization,we should adhere to the notion of“one center,many cores”,emphasizing bounded rationality,insisting incrementalism,concerning platform construction,building cultural landscape and promoting the integration of culture and travel.
