摘  要:针对国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization, IMO)MARPOL公约附则VI对船舶废气(主要针对NO_x和SO_x)排放限制要求日益严格的状况,对船舶废气处理系统进行研究。集中分析远洋船舶NO_x废气处理系统的选型原则,比较NO_x废气处理技术的研究现状和目前相对成熟的技术方案的优劣。在此基础上,提出实船采用低硫燃油+低压选择性催化还原技术(LP-SCR)整体的技术解决方案,并在实船上应用。同时,展望未来该领域的发展趋势,提供一定的借鉴。This paper studies the ship exhaust gas emission system in accordance with the stricter requirements of MARPOL Annex VI issued by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) on ship exhaust gas (mainly NO x and SO x ) emission. The selection principles of NO x exhaust gas treatment systems for ocean-going ships are analyzed. The status quo of NO x exhaust gas treatment technologies as well as the advantages and disadvantages of relatively mature technologies available at the moment are compared. On this basis, an overall solution of low sulfur fuel plus low pressure selective catalytic reduction (LP-SCR) technology is proposed, which is applied to ships now. The paper also looks into the future development trend in this field to provide references.
