摘 要:为提高大型集装箱船系固校核效率,通过对集装箱绑扎桥和绑扎杆的受力情况进行深入分析,构建适合计算机运算的通用模型,开发一套系固校核系统。该系统提供从图形建模到系固校核的完整解决方案,可实现参数化建模和一键式系固校核,操作方便,性能良好,船型规模能支撑当前最大的集装箱船,满足多家船级社的计算规范要求,大大提高集装箱系固校核的效率,给客户带来显著的经济效益,为相关产品的设计优化提供有力的数据支撑。To improve the efficiency of securing checking for large container ships, this study establishes a general model suitable for computer operation and develops a securing checking system with the in-depth analysis on the forces of container ship lashing bridge and lashing bars. The system provides complete solutions from graphical modelling to securing checking, with the functions of parametric modelling and one-button checking, which is easy to use, good in performance, scaled to support the largest container ship in the world, and adequate for the rule calculations of classification societies. It significantly improves the efficiency of securing checking on container ship, brings notable economic benefits to the customers, and provides strong data support for the design optimization of related products.
