摘  要:目的测量动态改良法子宫输卵管造影(HSG))受检者的体表入射剂量,并对其相关因素进行分析。方法随机对60例动态改良法子宫输卵管造影患者进行体表入射剂量检测,分别将经过严格退火的热释光剂量计粘贴于受检者的双侧骶髂关节前方投影处和耻骨联合正中,共布置3个剂量组,分别测得剂量值后取均值,并对结果进行分析。结果检测60例患者HSG检查透视时间为1.9~27.6 s、平均(7.9±5.4)s,摄片次数2~5次、平均(3.6±0.8)次,体质量指数16.6~28.7 kg/m^2、平均(21.5±2.9)kg/m^2,体表入射剂量为1.4~14.1 mSv、平均(6.0±2.7)mSv,偏相关检验透视时间、摄片次数及体质量指数与体表入射剂量呈正相关,r值分别为0.703、0.177、0.217(P<0.01)。结论通过缩短透视时间、减少摄片可以降低X射线剂量,对于体质量指数较大的患者更应该注意。Objective To measure the surface dose and the related factors of the dynamic contrast method.Methods In 60 cases of random dynamic improvement method of hysterosalpingography were detected entrance sur-face dose,respectively,will go through a rigorous annealing thermoluminescent dosimeter agent adhered to the subjects of bilateral sacroiliac joint projection and pubic symphysis were arranged three middle dose,dose values were measured after averaging,and the results were analyzed.Results Detection of 60 cases of patients HSG inspection time was 1.8~27.6 seconds,average(7.9±5.4)seconds,X-ray number 2~5 times,an average of(3.6±0.8)times,a BMl of 16.56~28.73 kg/m^2,average(21.5±2.9)kg/m^2.The entrance surface dose was 1.40~14.13 mSv,average(6.0±2.7)mSv,partial correlation test perspective time,photo number and weight index and positive plate entrance surface dose,the value of were 0.703,0.177,0.217(P<0.01).Conclusion Short time and less perspective of ra-diography can reduce X radiation dose,the patient should pay more attention to the larger body mass index.
