摘 要:目的评估肿瘤医院护理人员正性情绪、心理资本与职业倦怠的路径关系。方法采用马氏职业倦怠量表、正性负性情绪量表、心理资本问卷等在一所省级肿瘤医院对护理人员进行调查。结果 49.55%的护理人员有不同程度职业倦怠。积极情绪、心理资本均与职业倦怠呈显著负相关,心理资本和积极情绪呈显著正相关。logistics回归分析显示,职务、积极情绪、心理资本进入回归方程。Mplus中介效应分析发现,积极情绪在心理资本与倦怠之间起部分中介效应。结论心理资本和积极情绪是职业倦怠的独立影响因素,护理管理者有必要通过改善积极情绪状态和心理资本水平减轻职业倦怠问题。Objective To evaluate the path relationship between positive emotion,psychological capital and job burnout of nursing staff in the cancer hospital.Methods The nursing staff were investigated in a provincial cancer hospital by the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI),the Positive and Negative Affect Scale and Psychological Capital questionnaire.Results Among all nurses,49.55%had different degrees of job burnout.We observed a significantly negative correlation between positive emotion,psychological capital,and job burnout.We also observed a significantly positive correlation between psychological capital and positive emotion.Logistic regression showed position,positive emotion,and psychological capital were influencing factors of job burnout.Mplus mediation effect analysis showed positive emotion played a partial mediating effect between psychological capital and job burnout.Conclusion Psychological capital and positive emotional state were independent influencing factors of job burnout,and it was necessary for nursing managers to reduce the problem of job burnout by improving the positive emotional state and the level of psychological capital.
