摘　　要：目的探讨JCI标准下建立护理评估项目及制定表单,分析在血透护理中的应用效果。方法建立新的血透护理评估系统,包括首次透析入室护理评估、维持性血透患者护理评估。选取2015年10月至2017年9月在宁波市第二医院进行血液透析的患者41例,实施护理评估,比较实施前后护理满意度。结果实施护理评估后,血透患者的营养、透析充分性比实施前明显改善;实施后的护理满意度优于实施前,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在血透患者中实施护理评估,有利于系统了解患者指标,提高患者对护理的满意度,促进优质护理服务。Objective To discuss the establishment of a nursing assessment project and the development of the form under JCI standard and analyze the application effect in hemodialysis nursing.Methods A new hemodialysis nursing assessment system was established,including the first dialysis nursing assessment and maintenance hemodialysis nursing assessment.A total of 41 patients receiving hemodialysis at Ningbo No.2 hospital from October 2015 to September 2017 were selected to carry out the nursing assessment.Their satisfaction rates of nursing were compared before and after the implementation of the nursing assessment.Results After the application of nursing assessment,the nutrition and dialysis adequacy of hemodialysis patients were significantly improved compared with those before the application.The nursing satisfaction after the application was improved than before.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing assessment in patients with hemodialysis is beneficial to the systematic understanding of patients'indicators,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing,and promote quality nursing service.
