摘  要:利用TiO_2镁热碳热原位还原技术制备MgO-Ti C增强的铜基复合材料,通过XRD、SEM和力学性能检测方法研究TiO_2原位合成对MgO-Ti C增强铜基复合材料的相、组织和力学性能的影响。结果显示:在烧结过程中TiO_2、Mg和C粉发生了原位合成反应,生成了MgO和Ti C相,并产生了少量的MgTiO3;材料的组织与增强相含量有着密切的关系,当增强相含量较小时,MgO-Ti C颗粒弥散分布在铜基体上,随着增强相含量的增加,材料的组织中出现了MgO-Ti C颗粒聚集分布的组织;材料的尺寸变化在烧结过程中主要以收缩为主,随着保温时间的延长或温度的升高,增强相含量为5%的材料的相对密度和硬度逐渐增大,增强相含量为10%的材料的相对密度和硬度逐渐降低。The MgO-TiC particles reinforced copper-matrix composite are successfully prepared by in-Situ synthesis from TiO 2.The effects of in-situ synthesis on the phase、organization and properties are investigated by using XRD,SEM and mechanical testing means.The results show that the reinforcing phases of the synthesis copper-matrix composite are comprised of Cu、MgO、TiC and a little MgTiO 3.The microstructure of the material is closely related to the content of the reinforcing phase.When the content of the reinforcing phase is relatively small,the MgO-TiC particles are dispersed on the copper matrix;with the increase of the reinforcing phase content,the MgO-TiC particles begin to aggregate.The dimensional change of the material is mainly shrinkage during the sintering process;as the holding time is extended or the temperature is increased,the relative density and hardness of the material with a content of 5%are gradually increased,and gradually decreases when the content is 10%.
