摘　　要：目的探讨曼月乐治疗子宫内膜增生的疗效及对子宫内膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及性激素水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2015年8月—2018年1月间广州市花都区妇幼保健院收治的45例子宫内膜增生患者临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(21例)与观察组(24例)。对照组给予口服醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗,观察组给予宫内曼月乐治疗。比较两组患者子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜VEGF水平及性激素水平。结果治疗6个月后,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VEGF表达低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组患者性激素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜增生患者给予宫内曼月乐治疗,可抑制子宫内膜增生及内膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达,降低性激素水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Mirena on endometrial hyperplasia and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and sex hormone. Methods The clinical data of 45 patients with endometrial hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from August,2015 to January,2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(21 cases)and observation group(24 cases). The control group was given oral medroxyprogesterone acetate,while the observation group was given Mirena treatment. The endometrial thickness, endometrial VEGF level and sex hormone level were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was thinner than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the expression of VEGF in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment,the levels of sex hormones in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment of Mirena on endometrial hyperplasia can inhibit endometrial hyperplasia and the expression of endometrial VEGF,and reduce the level of sex hormones.
