摘 要:页岩气开采所产生的油基钻屑在采用热解法的处理过程中,为探究油基钻屑在回转窑内的温度场分布情况,采用Fluent软件对回转窑进行建模并对油基钻屑在窑内热解过程进行数值模拟。结果表明:当回转速度为0.02rad/s时,内部温度场较为均匀且物料温度较高,适宜油基钻屑的热解,转速过低或过高均会影响物料的均匀混合与升温速率;物料刚进入窑体内部时,温度有一个急剧攀升至660K的过程,其后温度变化较为平缓。结合模拟结果,选用适中的回转速度可提高油基钻屑热解温度,从而提高热解效果。The oil-based drilling cuttings is the solid waste generated by the use of oil-based drilling fluids during exploitation of shale gas. As an efficient method of recycling cuttings, pyrolysis is widely used in production. To explore the temperature distribution of oil-based drilling cuttings in rotary kilns, simulation model was established with Fluent. The results showed that, when the rotational speed reached 0.02 rad/s,the internal temperature wasrelatively uniform while the material temperature was relatively high, which is suitable for pyrolysis. Overspeed of the rotation would affect the uniform mixing and heating rate of the cuttings. When the cuttings entered the kiln, its temperature climbed rapidly to 660K, after that, the temperature variation wasrelatively slow. According to the simulation results, a moderate rotational speed should be decided to increase the pyrolysis temperature of oil-based drilling cuttings so as to guarantee the optimal pyrolysis effect.
