摘 要:集中式污水处理厂核心工艺基本上都是生化处理工艺,在末端处理已有生化处理工艺时,生化法预处理是否必要,是文章讨论的重点。文章通过对石化废水典型特征污染物活性污泥生物毒性测试结果的统计分析,以污水处理数学模拟软件Biowin为平台,建立了集中式污水处理厂及点源预处理的数学模型,构建了废水直接排入污水处理厂和经预处理后再入污水处理厂两种处理模式,实验研究得出:对于某些污染物,通过生物法点源预处理,延长停留时间,将提高去除效果。为该类废水的高效处置提供借鉴。The core process of centralized sewage treatment plant is basically biochemical treatment process.In this paper, the necessity of biochemical treatment during pretreatment when the end treatment process has already implemented biochemical process was discussed. The test results of biological toxicity of activated sludge, a typical characteristic pollutant of petrochemical wastewater, were included in this paper.The numericalmodels of centralized wastewater treatment plant and point source pretreatment are established with Biowin platform, a mathematical simulation software for wastewater treatment. Two treatment models were constructed:direct discharge of wastewater into wastewater treatment plant and re-entry of wastewater treatment plant after pretreatment. The results showed that, point source pretreatment by biological method can increase the residence time for some pollutants and improve the removal efficiency. This study could provide references for efficient disposal of this kind of wastewater.
