柠檬酸无醛防皱整理剂制备与应用研究

摘  要:采用柠檬酸、乙二醛合成防皱整理剂,并将其与交联剂LS-710进行复配。探讨复配配方;从次磷酸钠、硝酸钠、柠檬酸三钠、氯化镁中选择合适的催化剂,优化整理工作液组成;测试温度和时间对整理效果的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。实验证明:在整理剂用量60 g/L,交联剂LS-710用量10 g/L,催化剂硝酸钠用量3%,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间150 s的工艺条件下,整理效果最好,折皱回复角达到239.3°,强力保留率60.4%,白度85.1,提高了防皱整理效果。Wrinkle finishing agent was synthesized by citric acid and glyoxal,and then it was formulated with crosslinking agent LS-710.The compound formulation was discussed.The suitable catalyst was selected from sodium hypophosphite,sodium nitrate,trisodium citrate and magnesium chloride to optimize the composition of the finishing working fluid.The effects of temperature and time on the finishing effect were tested and the optimum technological conditions were determined.The results showed that the finishing effect was the best when the finishing conditions were as follows:finishing agent dosage 60 g/L,the dosage of crosslinking agent LS-710 10 g/L,the dosage of catalyst sodium nitrate 3%,baking temperature 160℃,baking time 150s.Under these conditions,wrinkle recovery angle was 239.3°,strong retention rate was 60.4%,whiteness was 85.1,and the wrinkle finishing effect was improved.
