纺织品用耐久性补强、吸湿速干整理剂的制备

摘　　要：开发一种同时适用涤纶及棉织物的整理剂,探讨原料最佳用量及产品使用工艺。结果表明:整理剂中封端异氰酸酯用量10%、吸湿速干助剂10%、聚氨基甲酸酯用量10%时制成的整理剂产品性能指标最佳;经自制整理剂整理后的织物具备良好的吸湿速干性能及补强性能。This paper develops a finishing agent simultaneously suitable for polyester and cotton fabrics,the optimum amount of the raw materials and application technologies of the products are explored.The results show that the performance index of the finishing agent product prepared by using 103%of blocked isocyanate,10%of moisture absorbing quick drying auxiliary and 10%of polyurethane in the finishing agent is optimal.The treatedfabric exhibit satisfying moisture absorbingquick drying and reinforcement properties.
