摘　　要：指出了为牢固树立"绿水青山就是金山银山"的理念,要坚持用生态文明和绿色发展统领经济和社会发展全局,建立健全环境保护长效机制,全力做好水体防治工作。以微山湖为例,分析了水污染防治过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了对策措施。In order to firmly establish the concept of“green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan”,it is necessary to adhere to the overall economic and social development with ecological civilization and green development,establish and improve the long-term mechanism of environmental protection,and do a good job in water prevention and control.Efforts should be made to tackle pollution problems,vigorously carry out pollution control of livestock and poultry fisheries,rural garbage and sewage,water transport ships,wharfs and ports,lakes and other non-point sources,and strengthen the construction of sewage pipelines,construction and protection of rivers,lakes and wetlands at Lake entrances.Among the specific working measures,we should strengthen the organization and leadership of water pollution prevention and control,adhere to the“control,use and protection”strategy of river basin pollution control,strengthen ecological restoration and protection,strengthen environmental protection law enforcement inspection,and establish a long-term mechanism.
