服装生命周期中老化及柔软剂对针织品机械性能的同步作用研究

摘　　要：用KES-F织物风格评价系统检测低应力下织物的机械性能;用通用表面磨损试验机(UST)检测洗涤循环中的老化、添加织物柔软剂对张力、剪力、弯曲度、压缩性以及表面属性的影响,确定在服装的生命周期中,受老化以及添加织物柔软剂影响的关键机械参数。KES-F fabric style evaluation system was utilized for the detection of low stress mechanical properties of woven fabrics.The ageing in washing cycle and tension,shear,bending,compression and surface properties with softener addition fabric were displayed by general surface wear testing machine(UST)to test the ageing life cycle and effect of fabric softener.It identified that ageing and fabric soft agent influenced the key mechanical parameters in the clothing life cycle.
