摘  要:针对传统的桥梁弹性混凝土伸缩缝的填充胶结料的不足,自主开发出一种聚氨酯胶结料,并与巴斯夫弹性混凝土胶结料进行对比。分析了伸缩缝的填充材料中的胶结料在凝胶时间、硬度、压缩率、拉伸性能、抗撕裂性能、抗热空气老化性能。试验结果表明自制的聚氨酯胶结料的各项性能达到或优于巴斯夫聚氨酯弹性混凝土胶结料,且成本远低于巴斯夫产品。所开发的聚氨酯胶结料在合成技术及原料成本方面有着更显著的优势,产品价格更具市场竞争力,有着很好的市场应用前景。According to the defects in the polyurethane cement of the elastic concrete expansion joints of traditional bridges,the paper mainly develops a sort of polyurethane cement,undertakes the comparison between the polyurethane cement and the cement of Basf elastic concrete,analyzes the cement in the fillers of the expansion joints from the gelation time,stiffness,compression ratio,expansion performance,tear resistance,and resistance to hot air aging,and proves by the test result that all kinds of the properties of the polyurethane cement can meet or even exceed the cement of Basf elastic concrete with lower cost,and points out the developed the cement of Basf elastic concrete enjoys the advantages in synthetic technology and raw materials cost,whose prices are highly competitive in the market,so it has better market prospect.
