摘  要:LED电子屏这一新技术,作为广告、标识、信息发布的载体其优势明显,近年来,这一新技术的发展和推广极为迅速,但在其展示优点的同时,也带来了如光污染之类的负面影响。由于目前对于LED电子屏亮度规定的相关规范相对单薄,以目前国内外已经颁布的各类照明设计标准与规范为基础,综合考虑城市环境亮度、照明需求、视觉感受,最终提出了我国基于环境亮度的户外LED电子屏亮度量化方法和亮度推荐标准。The new technology of LED electronic screen,as the carrier of advertisement,logo and information release,has obvious advantages.In recent years,the development and promotion of this new technology is very rapid,but it also brings negative effects such as light pollution while displaying its advantages. Due to the LED electronic screen brightness regulations related specification is relatively thin,so this article in has been issued at home and abroad of various types of lighting design standards and norms as the foundation,considering the urban environment brightness,lighting requirements,visual feeling,finally put forward the our country based on environment brightness of outdoor LED electronic screen brightness of quantitative methods and brightness recommendation.
