摘 要:针对我国当前农村土地利用情况和权属确认过程中对大比例尺正射影像底图的迫切需求,成本较高、效率低等特征的传统测量制图方式已很难满足需求的问题。基于某县土地确权任务中正射影像生产项目对无人机低空摄影测量技术制作正射影像的制作流程进行了系统介绍,并选取部分空三完成后影像上明显特征点坐标与实际量测坐标进行比较。结果表明:在总体工作量很大并保持稳定的情况下,精度满足大比例尺的测图要求,得出无人机低空摄影在土地经营权确权中具有很强的可行性与实用性。In view of the current situation of rural land use and the urgent demand for large scale orthophoto map in the process of ownership confirmation,the traditional surveying and mapping method with high cost and low efficiency has been difficult to meet the demand. Based on the orthophoto production project in a county’s land rights confirmation task,this paper systematically introduces the production process of the orthophoto produced by UAV low-altitude photogrammetry technology,and selects the coordinates of obvious feature points on the image after the completion of part of the space three and compares them with the actual measured coordinates. The results show that the accuracy meets the requirements of large scale mapping under the condition that the overall workload is large and stable,and it is concluded that the UAV low-altitude photography has strong feasibility and practicability in the confirmation of land management right.
