摘 要:中石化重庆涪陵页岩气田为国家级页岩气田示范区,从气田产能建设开始就以信息化气田为起点,采气井场和集气站均按照无人值守设计。为实现真正意义上的无人值守,无人值守站场须配置高可靠的供电系统、自动控制系统(包括ESD系统)和信息传输系统,尤其要做到系统的本质安全,确保在异常情况下无人现场的监视监控、自动关断和压力泄放;设计周密完善的气田因果控制关断逻辑,使气田在紧急情况下分片区进行自动关断,确保管网和集气站装置的安全,有效控制事故事态的扩散。As a national demonstration area, Chongqing Fuling Shale Gas Field of Sinopec starts an information gas field from its productivity construction, and its gas production well sites and gas gathering stations are designed as unattended ones. In order to realize the real unattended operation, unattended stations need to equip power supply system, automatic control system (including ESD system) and information transmission system with high reliability. In particular, it is necessary to ensure the essential safety of the system and ensure the monitoring, automatic shutoff and pressure relief in unattended fields under abnormal circumstances. It is also necessary to design perfect shutoff logic of cause and effect control for gas fields so that the gas field can be automatically shut down by blocks in emergency. By doing so, the safety of pipe network and gas gathering stations can be guaranteed, and the spread of accident situation can be effectively controlled by the device.
