摘  要:翅片盘管可以强化盘管外侧的换热.本文研制了一种翅片盘管式相变储热器,以石蜡R54为相变材料,在3组不同流量工况下,分别对3种不同翅片间距的储热器进行了实验研究,分析了其不同工况下的温度分布和传热系数情况,得出了该类型相变储热器的储热效率及传热系数与流量成正比、与翅片间距成反比的结论.It is well known that attaching fins on the tube surfaces can enhance the heat transfer into and out of the phase change materials. The results of an experimental study of the thermal characteristics of finned coil latent heat storage unit (LHSU) using paraffin as the phase change material (PCM) are presented. The measurement is carried out under 3 fin pitches and 3 water flow rates in the charging and discharging process respectively. The temperature distribution and heat transfer coefficient in different cases are analyzed. It is concluded that the heat storage efficiency and heat transfer coefficient of this type of phase-change heat storage unit are proportional to the flow rate and inversely proportional to the spacing of the fins.
