摘 要:电站锅炉受热面的超温与否,关系到锅炉运行的安全和锅炉的寿命。实现对锅炉壁温的实时监测是火电厂的迫切要求。通过工业组态软件设计开发了锅炉壁温在线监测系统,实现了对锅炉壁温的数据采集、实时监测、报警统计等功能,通过引入置信度实现了对壁温超温程度的量化。系统设计结构紧凑,使用灵活且操作界面友好,投入使用效果良好。The temperature of the heating surface of the boiler is related to the safety and the life of the boiler. The real-time monitoring of boiler wall temperature is the urgent requirement of thermal power plant. The design and development of boiler over-temperature alarm statistical system is conducted through industrial configuration software, and the data acquisition, real-time monitoring and alarming statistics of boiler wall temperature are realized. The degree of boiler wall over-temperature has been quantified by introducing the degree of confidence. The system compact in design, flexible in use and friendly interface in operation, and the effect is good.
