摘  要:帽形加筋是一种减重效率较高的结构形式,在飞机结构中发挥着重要作用,因此帽形加筋板制件的共固化成型成为国内航空复合材料制造的一项关键技术。所成型出的帽形件形状规整,无翘曲变形,无异物存在,外观光顺,内腔表面平滑,尺寸在公差范围内。研究聚甲基戊烯芯模材料在复合材料帽形加筋的应用。一次共固化制造复合材料帽形制件,可以保证产品质量。This article studied the application of polymethylpentene in the composite materials of hat reinforcement.Hat reinforcement was a kind of structural style with high weight loss efficiency,and played an important role in the aircraft structure.Therefore the technology of hat stiffened plate parts curing became a key technology to manufacture domestic aviation composite materials.The formed hat shape was regular without warping deformation and foreign matter.The appearance and inner cavity surface was smooth and the size was in the tolerance range.One-time co-curing of composite hat-shaped part could ensure the product quality.
