摘 要:为研究孔芯式聚合物熔体冷却器性能,对影响换热性能和压力损失的主要因子熔体孔直径、熔体孔轴向间隙、熔体孔倾斜角度、产量进行研究,制定试验设计(DOE)实验方案,并分析了4因子对换热性能、压力损失和综合性能的影响。结果表明,可通过减小熔体孔直径、熔体孔轴向间隙来增加冷却器的换热性能;可通过减小熔体孔倾斜角度、产量和调控熔体孔直径来减小冷却器的压力损失;相对于减小产量和熔体孔轴向间隙,减小熔体孔倾斜角度和调控熔体孔直径更有利于在满足换热性能的同时,减小压力损失,提升熔体冷却器的综合性能。In order to study the performance of the core-hole polymer melt cooler,the main factors,such as,the melt hole diameter,the axial gap of the melt hole,the tilt angle of the melt hole and the yield,which could affect the heat transfer performance and pressure drop were investigated.In this study,a design of experiment(DOE)experimental scheme was designed and the effects of the four factors on heat transfer performance,pressure loss and overall performance were analyzed.The results show that the heat transfer performance of the cooler could be increased by reducing the melt hole diameter and the axial gap.The pressure drop of the cooler could be reduced by reducing the tilt angle of the melt hole and the yield,and regulating the melt hole diameter.Comparing with reducing the yield and axial gap of the melt hole,reducing the tilt angle of the melt hole and regulating the melt hole diameter are more beneficial to reduce the pressure loss and improve the comprehensive performance of the melt cooler,which could also satisfy the heat exchange performance at the same time.
