摘  要:采用熔融共混方法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)/填料共混物。通过填料选择、工艺调节和POE复配三种方法,实现了POE含量固定的前提下,PP共混物的脆韧转变。研究表明,采用纳米填料替代微米填料,选择适当的工艺参数(低螺杆转速等),复配高熔体质量流动速率(MFR) POE,均能实现PP/POE/填料共混物的脆韧转变。纳米填料也可显著提升材料的弯曲模量。值得一提的是,在配方固定的基础上,调节工艺实现材料脆韧转变的同时,对材料弯曲性能无影响。The polypropylene(PP )/polyolefin elastomer(POE)blends were prepared by melt extrusion.Under the premise of fixed elastomer loading,the brittle-ductile transition of PP blends could be achieved by three methods,the optimization of filler type,the adjustment of extrusion parameters and the compounding of elastomers.This research shows that utilizing the nano-filler to replace the micro-filler,appropriate extrusion parameters(low extrusion rotation speed,etc.)and compounding with high melt mass flow rate( MFR )POE are the optimized way to achieve the brittle-ductile transition of PP blends.The nano-filler could also improve the flexural modulus.Specially,this research demonstrates that the brittle-ductile transition phenomenon has no influence on the flexural properties under the same compounding formula.
