摘 要:选择竹粉与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)作为原料,通过加入复合阻燃剂的方法并对其实施共混挤出制备得到木塑材料,之后对该材料的吸水性、力学强度与阻燃性开展实验分析。结果表明,随木塑材料的竹粉添加量上升,复合材料的拉伸强度不断增大,伸长率减小。将HDPE、竹粉与马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)质量比设定在50/45/5的比例时,材料获得良好的综合力学性能。当木粉的添加量上升后,HDPE/木塑材料获得了更高的吸水率。当PE-gMAH添加量上升,材料力学性能提高。复合型阻燃剂不会使该材料的力学性能发生变化。在没有加入阻燃剂的情况下,测试HDPE/竹粉材料的极限氧指数(LOI)为21. 26%。当膨胀石墨的添加量增加后,HDPE/木塑材料的LOI也明显升高。Taking bamboo powder and high-density polyethylene(HDPE)as raw materials,the wood plastic materials were prepared by mixing extrusion with composite flame retardant.And then the water absorption,mechanical strength and flame retardancy of the materials were tested and analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength of HDPE increases with the increasing contents of bamboo powder and the elongation decreases.When the mass ratio of HDPE,bamboo powder and PE-g-MAH is 50∶45∶5,the material could obtain good comprehensive mechanical properties.When the content of wood powder increases,HDPE/wood plastic material could obtain higher water absorption rate.When the addition amount of PE-g-MAH increases,the mechanical properties of the material could be improved.Composite flame retardants could not change the mechanical properties of the material.Without the addition of flame retardant,the LOI of HDPE/bamboo powders is 21.26%.When the amount of expanded graphite increases,the LOI of HEPE/wood plastic material also increases significantly.
