摘　　要：色氨酸作为动物必需氨基酸之一,具有多种生物功能。本文就色氨酸的生理生化功能及在畜禽养殖中的应用进行总结,以便为色氨酸的进一步应用提供借鉴。As one of essential amino acids of animal,Tryptophan has many biological functions.This article concluded the physiological and biochemical functions of Tryptophan and its application in livestock and poultry breeding.
