摘 要:钠氢交换蛋白1(NHE-1)是一种细胞膜蛋白,主要分布于人和哺乳动物的心肌细胞中,调控细胞内外离子交换。目前越来越多的基础研究证实,NHE-1在多种心血管疾病中,尤其是心力衰竭、心肌肥厚、冠心病等的发生、发展中起着重要作用。虽然近十余年来,多项针对NHE-1抑制剂的临床研究结果差强人意,但我们应从中归纳总结、辩证分析,以期寻找到其真正的临床意义。Sodium hydrogen exchange protein-1(NHE-1)is a cell membrane protein that is mainly distributed in human and mammalian cardiomyocytes,regulating intracellular and extracellular ion exchange.Nowadays,more and more basic research has confirmed that this protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various cardiovascular diseases,especially heart failure,cardiac hypertrophy,and coronary heart disease.Although the results of many clinical studies on NHE-1 inhibitors have been unsatisfactory for more than a decade,we should summarize and analyze these results dialectically and to find their true clinical significance.
