摘　　要：近些年来,警察没有合理使用枪支、及时使用枪支的情况时有发生,虽然在国家宏观调控的关注和执法人员执法素质不断提高的前提下,我国的警察执法水平也在不断提升,但是"广西警察酒后枪杀孕妇事件""庆安枪击事件"等多起警察涉枪案件却引起了社会的高度关注,一时间就警察何时可以开枪、如何开枪、开枪的善后等讨论引起社会各界的重视,如何合法合理地使用枪支成为警察使用枪支的关键因素。In recent years,conducts of the police using firearms improperly and not in time happen occasionally.Although the level of police enforcement in China is constantly improving because of the attention of the state’s macroeconomic regulation and control and constant improvement of the law enforcement personnel’s law enforcement quality.However,several cases involved with firearms use such as“drunken police shooting a pregnant woman in Guangxi”,“the shooting incident in Qing’an”have aroused the attention of the society.At one time,the whole society put emphasis on the discussion that when the police will be able to shoot,how to shoot,and the redress after the shooting.The key factor of police in using firearms is how to use firearms legally and reasonably.
