农村特困老人精神健康状况及影响因素分析——基于对郑州航空港区的实证调研

摘　　要：通过对郑州航空港区农村特困老人的288份问卷进行交互分析,发现自评身体健康、生活自理状况、参与文娱活动、参与生产活动、参与锻炼活动、邻里关系、是否有人了解其想法、孤独感等对农村特困老人精神健康产生明显的影响,而年龄、受教育程度、供养方式、亲属探望状况对农村特困老人精神健康的影响不显著。为提升农村特困老人的精神健康状况,提高生活质量,建议采取下列措施:依据照护标准,提供供养服务;强化社会敬老意识,重视老人精神健康;转变特困老人观念,积极参与组织活动。Through an interactive analysis on the questionnaires to 288 impoverished elderly man in rural area in Zhengzhou Airport District, it is found that the self-assessed health status, independent living, participation in cultural activities, participation in production activities, participation in exercise, neighborhood relationship, Willingness to understand others, and feeling of loneliness have obvious impact on mental health of poor elderly;While age, level of education, the supplies from children, relatives visit do not remarkably influence their mental health. In order to improve the mental health status and quality of life of the rural poor elderly, the following measures are suggested: to provide support services according to the standards;to promote social respect for the elderly, and to pay attention to the mental health of the elderly;to change the mindset of the poor elderly and to encourage them to actively participate activities.
