摘 要:本文通过分析冲压产品工艺性,并且在保证整车性能的前提下,研究材料利用率的提升方案,其研究结果表明:冲压产品件造型分块结构方式、产品深度尺寸、冲压成型工艺及冲压工艺补充方案等对其冲压材料利用率提升影响至关重要,优化上述方案可以明显提升材料利用率。通过材料利用率的提升,达到车身成本的降低,提高产品市场竞争力,并实现汽车绿色制造。The manufacturability of stamping products has been analyzed.The improvement plan of material utilization has been studied under the premise of ensuring the performance of the whole vehicle.The research results show that the stamping product parts mold partition structure,product depth size,stamping process and the stamping process supplement scheme are crucial to the improvement of the utilization rate of stamping materials.The optimization of the above scheme can obviously improve the utilization of the material.Through the improvement of material utilization,the cost of bodywork has been reduced and the market competitiveness of products has been improved,while the green manufacturing of automobiles has been realized.
