摘 要:尾门总成是汽车的核心开闭件之一,其特点是形状起伏复杂,通过包边工艺压合,且零件的表面质量和尺寸精度要求较高。本文通过尾门总成的包边工艺方案分析,提出一种带旋转辅助定位机构的包边模结构,可以有效解决因零件起伏较大,造成常规定位机构与上模工作组件在合模时干涉的难题,保证了混线闭合高度要求。重点讲述了尾门包边模结构、旋转辅助定位机构及其工作原理。实际生产表明,该机构可实现混线生产,保证包边模零件传输过程稳定可靠,避免A面磕碰,提升生产效率。Through the analysis of the hemming process of the tailgate assembly,a hemming die structure with rotary auxiliary positioning mechanism has been proposed in the text,which can effectively solve the problem of interference between the conventional positioning mechanism and the working assembly of the upper die caused by big fluctuation of the parts,so as to ensure the requirements of the shut height of the mixing line.The structure,rotary auxiliary positioning mechanism and working principle of hemming die for tailgate have been mainly discussed.The actual production shows that the mechanism can realize mixed line production,ensure the stable and reliable transmission process of the hemming die parts,avoid the bump on the A side,and improve the production efficiency.
