摘  要:以提升大学生综合素质为目标,以创新训练项目为主线,分三个阶段递进式培养和提升学生的创新意识、实践技能及综合素质,探索系列化、递进式的创新训练模式,营造有引导与督促、既包容又竞争的训练环境,切实激发学生主体能动力,挖掘其自身潜能,全面提升大学生综合素质。With the goal of improving the overall quality of college students, and focusing on innovation training programs, students' innovative consciousness, practical skills and comprehensive quality are trained and improved progressively through three stages. The serial and progressive innovation training model is explored, and a training environment with both guidance and supervision, both inclusiveness and competitiveness, so as to effectively stimulate students' subjective motivation, explore their potential, and comprehensively improve their comprehensive quality.
