摘　　要：本文借鉴美国、日本农业现代化进程中的经验和教训,提出了在农村金融支持下,因地制宜地提高我国农业科技化、集约化、效率化、生态化水平,推动农村一二三产业融合发展,走出产出高效、产品安全、资源节约、环境友好的中国特色农业现代化道路的政策建议。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which deepens the reform of the rural financial system and accelerates the innovation of rural financial products and services is an important part of supporting China's agricultural modernization.At present,China's rural financial supply is insufficient.The regional differences are large,the supply of science and technology finance is insufficient,and the agricultural insurance system needs to be improved.Drawing on the experience and lessons from the process of agricultural modernization in the United States and Japan,this paper proposes to improve the level of agricultural science and technology,intensification,efficiency,and ecologicalization in China according to local conditions,and promote the integration of different industries.Policy recommendations for efficient agricultural production,product safety,resource conservation,and environmentally friendly roads to agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.
