摘　　要：小微企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,融资难、融资贵问题一直制约着其自身发展,本文对供应链金融缓解小微企业融资约束问题进行研究。对供应链金融相关概念进行界定,并对供应链金融缓解小微企业融资约束的作用机理进行了分析;建立Logit模型研究供应链金融对小微企业贷款可得性的影响情况,抽取了白银市228家小微企业作为调查样本,构建了白银市供应链融资对小微企业信贷可得性影响的指标体系,通过实证分析得出相关结论;提出了供应链金融进一步助力小微企业发展的对策建议。As an important part of the national economy,small and micro enterprises have been constrained by the difficulty of financing and the high cost of financing.Under the background that the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of small and micro enterprises,this paper studies the problem of supply chain finance alleviating financing constraints of small and micro enterprises.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts of supply chain finance,and analyses the mechanism of supply chain finance in alleviating the financing constraints of small and micro enterprises.Then,this paper establishes a Logit model to study the impact of Supply Chain Finance on the availability of loans for small and micro enterprises.228 small and micro enterprises in Baiyin City are selected as survey samples,and an index system of the impact of supply chain finance on the availability of loans for small and micro enterprises is constructed.Relevant conclusions are drawn through empirical analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for supply chain finance to further boost the development of small and micro enterprises.
